EIACP (PC-RP) on Environmental Problems of Mining

IIT (ISM) ENVIS Centre (sponsored by Ministry of Environment Forest & Climate Change) at Department of Environmental Science & Engineering (ESE), IIT(ISM), Dhanbad is conducting Three Days Training Programme on  "Air, Water Pollution and Solid Waste Management Practices" for college students from 11-13 March, 2022 as a part of  ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’, an initiative by Indian Government for creating and providing an environment which promotes learning between States by sharing best practices and experiences. The training programme will comprise of one day field visit for air, water and solid waste sampling and two days hands on experience in analysis of various air, water and solid waste parameters as per the standard protocols.

The Registration LINK for the Three Days Training Programme is mentioned below and is free of cost. The training kit, snacks and traveling facilities for the field trip will be provided by IIT(ISM) ENVIS Centre during the period of Training Programme. Upon successful completion of the Three Days Training Programme, the participant will be awarded with certificate.

There are limited nos. of seats (30) for this Training Programme. The entry will be purely on First Come, First Entry basis. The Registration will close on 08.03.2022 (Tuesday) at 5:00 PM. The list of selected students will be published and intimated by email for their confirmation of participation by 5:00 PM, 09.03.2022 (Wednesday).
