Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL), a Mini Ratna company of the Government of India, is organizing a two-day HR conference-SHRAM 2021 at Singrauli HQ. On the second day of the conference, various HR stalwarts of the country presented their views on different HR themes.
On Thursday, National level HR experts like Dr. Pramod Sadarjoshi, Mr. Rajesh Kamat, Mr. Amresh Hota, Mr. Neeladri Bhattacharjee, Dr. Ashwin Nayak, Dr. Hemant Rao, and Mr. Anish Aravind delivered lectures on trending & corporate HR topics & ushering the audience for gaining new knowledge & insights for required potential.
One of the attractions of the conference is HR Knowledge Park where a lot of participants are ideating on various aspects of Industrial Revolution 4.0.
An Innovation Exhibition is also on display which is portraying the tools of Industrial Revolution 4.0 including 3D printers, VR (Virtual Reality) devices, etc.
