EIACP (PC-RP) on Environmental Problems of Mining

Prof. Suparna Mukherji, Professor, Department of Environmental Science and Engineering (CESE), Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, visited IIT(ISM) ENVIS Centre - RP and Department of Environmental Science and Engineering, IIT(ISM) Dhanbad on 01st November, 2022. During her visit she had a brief interaction with Prof. Anshumali, HOD/ESE and Coordinator, ENVIS Centre and other faculty members of the department. Prof. Suparna Mukherji then visited ENVIS Centre and was briefed about the major activities and awareness programmes that the centre is working towards. She took keen interest on the various quarterly Newsletter, Monograph and other Publications on various emerging environmental concern, published by the centre. Prof. Suparna Mukherji also visited the Research Labs of the department and even interacted with the students and research scholars.
